Shared Services Assistant Job Introduction

As we continue to grow, we have a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and detail‑oriented administrator to join our team as a Shared Services Assistant.
You’ll work closely with the Functional Skills Team, providing essential administrative support across exams, issuing certifications and tracking student attendance, ultimately helping to keep our day‑to‑day operations on track.

- Acting as a point of contact for program and learner enquiries, ensuring prompt response times.
- Effectively managing communications via email, telephone and the service desk.
- Registering learners onto exams and tracking attendance and exam completions. Preparing and distributing exam certificates.
- Maintaining accurate and up‑to Bestandteil student records within the relevant systems.
- Managing and facilitating effective communication among clients, learners and course tutors, fostering positive relationships and ensuring clear information exchange.
- Undertaking additional duties as required, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to supporting the overall goals of the organisation.
- Prior experience of working in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver a first‑class service to our students.
- Ability to prioritise and manage your workload independently.
- A team player with a willingness to work cross‑functionally and support the wider team where required.
- IT literate, with strong competency in MS iṣ Office applications, particularly MS Excel.
- A positive and proactive attitude, with the flexibility to adapt to change.
