About the Company:

Family-run financial services firm with a supportive and collaborative environment Team of three advisers supported by senior and junior administrators Focused on delivering high-quality financial advice and client support The IFA Administrator role is key to helping advisers manage workload and client needs efficiently

Key Duties:

Act as an IFA Administrator supporting all advisers with administration tasks. Manage client records, documents, and workflows using Intelligent Office (IO) Prepare client meeting packs, review reports, valuations, and update servicing information Process new business applications, liaise with product providers, and track cases to completion Handle client and provider communications, providing updates and follow-ups Maintain accurate audit trails and ensure files meet compliance requirements Support advisers by scheduling meetings, managing diaries, and reducing administrative workload

Skills Required:

Experience in financial services, ideally with pensions, investments, or financial planning exposure Knowledge of financial planning systems such as Intelligent Office Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small team Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent advantageous but not essential Motivated to succeed and progress as an IFA Administrator Apply Today For This IFA Administrator Role:
