Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organised Operations Coordinator to support the smooth and efficient running of daily business operations. This is a hands on role at the centre of the organisation, ensuring that schedules, workflows, documentation, and communications run accurately and on time. You will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to help maintain structure, clarity, and operational continuity within a fast paced environment, while supporting in house logistics and import export activities.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity and has practical experience supporting logistics and international shipments within a regulated setting.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate daily operational activities, schedules, and workflows

* Act as a central communication point for teams, suppliers, and customers

* Maintain accurate documentation, records, and administrative controls

* Support project meetings, preparation of materials, and action tracking

* Manage supplier liaison, orders, deliveries, and import export logistics documentation

We are looking for an Operations Coordinator with experience in operations, supplier coordination, scheduling, or administrative support, ideally within a regulated industry. You will already have working knowledge of logistics and import export processes, including supporting international shipments and associated documentation. You will be proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
