Pensions Administrator 12 month FTC (UK)

In this role you’ll receive full training; what matters most is attention to detail, love of spreadsheets, and the ability to explain complex information simply and clearly.

You will work closely with our Pensions Team Leaders to ensure pension contributions are accurate and submitted on time, using your number skills and technical savvy to navigate our systems and support the team in delivering a smooth and efficient service. You will be responsible for reviewing data, entering information into spreadsheets, and collaborating with colleagues.

• Ensure pension contributions are accurate and submitted on time.
• Process and manage pension data using spreadsheets.
• Communicate with team members to clarify and resolve issues.
• Assist with reporting and audit preparation.

• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Comfortable working with Excel and other spreadsheet tools.
• Clear communication and collaboration abilities.
• Previous experience in payroll or pensions is an advantage but not required.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.

• Hybrid working arrangement; split time between home and Nottingham office.
