Nottingham City Centre, Nottinghamshire. Salary: up to £14.00 per hour D.O.E.

Hours:

Full Time – Mon – Fri 9:00am-5:00pm. Job Type: Temporary to Permanent, subject to 12 consecutive weeks in employment.

Express Recruitment are pleased to be hiring on behalf of a prestigious organisation seeking a Compliance Administrator to join their friendly team, ensuring compliance requirements are met on behalf of one of their VIP clients.

This is a full‑time, office‑based role located in the heart of Nottingham City Centre.

• Ensure compliance for a range of properties across the East Midlands
• Act as the first point of contact for compliance queries
• Coordinate contractors to complete works on buildings for compliance purposes
• Update a bespoke CAFM database with compliance certification information
• Conduct quality assurance checks on previously completed works
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders and third parties when required

• Previous experience in a building services or property environment
• Compliance knowledge within a commercial building or property environment
• IT skills including MS Office and facilities management packages
• Experience of overseeing the performance of contractors
• Fluent communication at all levels
