Job Overview

Part Time Day, SECURITY-NORWOOD; work hours Wednesdays and Saturdays, 6a-6p, training requires Mon-Fri 8a-5p until completed.

• Effectively manage the operation of the dispatch center.
• Dispatch Security Officers to incidents in a timely manner.
• Complete all security documentation in a professional manner.
• Communicate with persons via intercoms and police, fire departments.
• Monitor all security cameras and emergency alarms and dispatch as necessary.
• Issue agency badges, parking permits, and collect payments.
• Assist with issuing Burning/Welding permits and perform fire system adjustments.
• Prepare for work by reviewing incident reports, logs, bulletin boards on a daily basis.
• File reports and information in Comm. Center binders and files in a timely manner.
• Communicate with patient areas to determine eligibility of visitors and dispatch officers as needed.

• High School Degree or GED.
• Computer literate.
• 1-2 years experience in a related field.
