Warehouse Associate (3rd Shift)

Location: Norwood, MA

Monday – Thursday, 8:30 pm to 6:30 am اللون

Working at our distribution warehouse in Norwood, the operations team ensures that all product orders are picked, prepared, and loaded onto our trucks efficiently and accurately. As a warehouse associate you can expect to be on your feet and busy throughout your shift, while enjoying perks such as an onsite refrigerator with free Gatorade, a $150 boot allowance, and guaranteed annual pay increases.

Sign-On Bonus: $1,200 upfront plus bonus schedule: $300 at 30 days, $400 at 60 days, $500 upon joining the union (estimated 4 months of work).

• Pick cases to pallet or conveyor, and/or from warehouse shelves by hand or with a forklift.
• Unload trucks and move product throughout the warehouse using a forklift or electric pallet jack.
• Load trucks with picked product in an efficient manner for delivery.
• Take and understand verbal direction from management while performing tasks.
• Work in a safe and efficient manner adhering to OSHA‑compliant standards and federal/state regulations.
• Comply with M.S. Walker, Inc. PPE standards.

• Minimum 18 years old and able to follow all job requirements and safety guidelines.
• Experience safely operating warehouse equipment (forklifts, order pickers, and pallet jacks) is preferred, but we will train the right candidates.
• Ability to recognize and distinguish product both visually and in writing.
• Physical requirements:
  
  long periods of walking, standing, bending, and heavy lifting; ability to lift single cases weighing up to 45 lbs repeatedly and for long durations.

Pay range: starting at $18 per hour with annual raises based on the union contract down. Four‑day work week.
