Director of Residential Services

Our residential programs provide a framework from which to support individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and/or brain injuries learn daily living skills, develop meaningful relationships, and gain opportunities from becoming part of their community. Our dedicated staff creates a safe, warm environment and supports the residents in participating in community activities, providing transportation to medical appointments, managing their finances, and much more!

Responsibilities

The Director of Residential Services is responsible for ensuring that all programs are operating in accordance with the principles of Quest, the Department of Developmental Services and other state regulations and Riverside Policies and Procedures. The Director of Residential Services is responsible for the overall management of homes within a designated geographical area.

Schedule
  • Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm (40 hrs) with a need to be flexible to meet program and on‑call need
Rate

$33.69/hr
