Basic Function:
To sell our services to generate quality products for customers and profit for the company.

Sales and Estimating Responsibilities:

  • Attend all estimates on time.
  • Price new opportunities within 48 hours of onsite visits.
  • Return calls within 8 business hours.
  • Explain product differentiation to customers.
  • Sell services effectively by understanding customer needs.
  • Visit each sold job to maintain customer relationships.
  • Follow up on all bids to get a decision.
  • Target profitable jobs and maintain a closing rate of at least 40%.
  • Develop prospecting plans and participate in networking.
  • Ask for referrals and seek new business actively.
  • Use CRM to organize workflow.
  • Set and meet sales goals for volume, closing rate, and profit.

Communication:

  • Maintain regular communication with owners, staff, and field personnel.
  • Uphold professionalism and integrity in all customer interactions.
  • Ensure all job details are communicated to crew leaders.
  • Maintain positive communication with all employees.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate leadership and attend all meetings.
  • Work necessary hours to fulfill duties.
  • Assist in developing systems and problem-solving.
  • Support company growth and initiatives.
