Parts Counterperson

Jack Madden Ford Sales Inc is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Parts Counter person who wants to join our BOOMING parts department. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing parts inventory, and supporting the service department to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.

• Assist customers in identifying and locating parts needed for vehicle repairs and maintenance
• Process parts sales accurately and efficiently using the company’s inventory system
• Maintain and organize parts inventory, including receiving and stocking shipments
• Work closely with the service department to support repair and maintenance operations
• Provide knowledgeable advice on vehicle parts and accessories
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Handle administrative tasks such as invoicing, tracking orders, and reporting

• Prior experience in parts counter or automotive retail environment preferred
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and terminology
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate computer systems for inventory management and sales processing
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player

• Competitive salary of $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year paid weekly
