SalaryStarting at $17‑$19 an hour for experienced restaurant closing managers.

All Closing Managers are responsible for keeping the restaurant clean and set up for the next day. The closing manager:
- Provides leadership to crew and other managers
- Ensures great quality, service, and cleanliness for customers
- Has flexible availability, including weekends
- Plays a part in equipment maintenance and end‑of‑day shutdown procedures
- Monitors performance, safety, security, and profitability during the shift
- Communicates with the breakfast shift manager to help prepare for the next day
- Meets targets and completes delegated tasks to help the restaurant meet its goals
