Starting at $17‑$19 an hour for experienced restaurant closing managers.

All Closing Managers are responsible for keeping the restaurant clean and set up for the next day. The closing manager:

• Provides leadership to crew and other managers
• Ensures great quality, service, and cleanliness for customers
• Has flexible availability, including weekends
• Plays a part in equipment maintenance and end‑of‑day shutdown procedures
• Monitors performance, safety, security, and profitability during the shift
• Communicates with the breakfast shift manager to help prepare for the next day
• Meets targets and completes delegated tasks to help the restaurant meet its goals
