In this position, you aren't just moving samples; you are the heartbeat of the lab’s workflow. You’ll be part of a high-energy environment where your work directly impacts the delivery of life-changing products. You will work within a state-of-the-art facility, gaining hands‑on experience with cGMP standards and advanced LIMS systems.

As a Sample Management Associate, you will be the bridge between various departments, ensuring that every sample is exactly where it needs to be. Your day-to-day will include:

• Sample Coordination:
  Receiving, processing, and distributing samples across Chemistry, Micro, and Bioassay labs.
• Aseptic Technique:
  Performing sample aliquoting in a BSC to maintain the highest quality standards.
• Global Logistics:
  Coordinating both domestic and international shipments to external testing partners.
• Data Integrity:
  Managing sample logging through LIMS (Lab Vantage) and ensuring flawless documentation.
• Lab Stewardship:
  Supporting stability programs, managing lab supplies, and ensuring a safe, compliant working environment.

• You hold a BS in a scientific discipline.
• You have a keen eye for detail and a passion for Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• You are a team player who thrives on cross‑functional collaboration.
• You are eager to learn and follow cGMP regulations to ensure the highest level of safety and compliance.
