Quality Control Chemistry Associate II (Contingent) - Norwood, MA

Contract 6 months with possible extension

Randstad is currently seeking a highly technical QC Chemistry Associate II to support a world-class Quality Control organization in Norwood.

This is a critical role ensuring the integrity of life-changing therapeutics through robust, compliant analytical testing in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.

• Pay Rate: Up to $48.00 per hour.
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 2nd Shift (Onsite).
• Duration: 6-month contract with a possibility for extension.
• Location: Norwood, MA.

• Analytical Testing: Conduct in-process, release, and stability testing for drug substances and final products.
• Instrumentation: Operate HPLC, UPLC, UV plate readers, Karl Fischer (KF), and osmolality analyzers.
• Data Integrity: Accurately document results using LIMS following GDP and cGMP requirements.
• Lab Investigations: Assist with deviation investigations (OOS, OOT, OOE) and implement CAPAs.
• Innovation: Utilize advanced digital tools and automation systems to maximize impact on patient health.

• Education: BA/BS in Chemistry (preferred) or a relevant scientific discipline.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a pharmaceutical company quality control laboratory.
• Mindset: A passion for rapid learning and technical growth in a complex lab setting.
• Compliance: Strong understanding of FDA, ICH regulations, and internal SOPs.
