Automotive Accounts Receivable & Cash Deposit Supervisor – DCD Automotive Holdings, Inc. is seeking an experienced professional to join our centralized accounting team. The role oversees daily cash handling and deposit operations, ensures accuracy and compliance, and leads a team.

• Process daily deposits for all locations.
• Ensure daily deposits, schedules, and GL are accurate and reviewed daily according to policy and standards.
• Prepare cash clearing schedules.
• Handle return checks.
• Train new and current staff.
• Respond to questions from all dealerships.
• Troubleshoot issues.
• Produce Bank Treasury day‑to‑day reporting.
• Oversee floor plans for all locations.
• Maintain inventory schedules/FLP.
• Perform floorplan reconciliations.

• Automotive dealership experience required (2‑3 years minimum).
• Strong knowledge of dealership financial processes.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• High attention to detail and integrity.
• Proficient with dealership management systems (DMS), Google Docs, and MS Office.
