About the RoleThis is an onsite position in Boston supporting the Digital Business Unit. Deliver transformative digital solutions that enable END-CLIENT’s world-class global capabilities in quality, throughput, and reliability. 6 months well paid rolling contract opportunity.
Key Responsibilities- Support business and Digital teams with innovative digital solutions for high-quality processes.
- Identify/engage stakeholders, define outcomes, KPIs, requirements, and constraints.
- Manage expectations, resolve conflicts, communicate progress, and measure effectiveness.
- Build/lead cross-functional teams, prioritize in Agile, foster positive culture.
- Manage resources, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
- BS in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Project/program management experience; leading technical teams on multiple complex projects.
- Agile/Waterfall expertise; managing plans, timelines, budgets.
- Strong decision-making, analytical/problem-solving, communication/interpersonal skills.
- Passion for new tech/digital solutions; negotiation/influence skills.
- Product Mindset knowledge.
- CMC business processes; pharma commercial drug product manufacturing.
- Experience with contract manufacturers.
- Desire to impact a high-growth company (Bold, Relentless, Curious, Collaborative).
