• Design and development of Sitecore CMS projects (v6, v7, with v8 as an advantage).
• Apply best practices and features of Sitecore; map loosely defined business requirements to technical solutions.
• Work on multi-lingual / multi-country website projects; participate in content migration projects.
• Perform high level and detailed solution design and build validation.
• Work with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, jQuery; ensure responsive web design.
• Develop using ASP.NET C# (frameworks v2, v3.5, v4) and MVC; manage IIS and Team Foundation Server.
• Engage in API and web service integration; understand data infrastructure and content/presentation concepts (Web Controls, Placeholder framework, Rules, Binding, Workflow engine).
• Analyze and resolve performance issues within Sitecore; work with Sitecore API, Kernel, and client libraries; understand Sitecore deployment, security, and CM/CD environments.
• Collaborate in an agile development environment;
  Jira knowledge is an advantage; communicate effectively with business and IT stakeholders.
• Contribute as a good team player in an onsite-offshore model and foster a conducive work environment.

• Basic: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.

• Preferred:
• Experience in Sitecore CMS projects (v6 and v7); experience in v8 is an advantage.
• Strong technical hands-on knowledge of Sitecore including best practices and features.
• Good understanding of Web development, information architecture, CMS and integrated technologies.
• Ability to map loosely defined business requirements to specific technical solutions.
• Experience in design and development of multi-lingual / multi-country websites.
• Strong experience in high-level and detailed solution design and build validation; experience in content migration projects.
• Familiar with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX and jQuery;
  Responsive Web Design.
• Strong ASP.NET C# experience (framework v2, v3.5, v4) and MVC framework.
• Strong knowledge of IIS, Team Foundation Server.
• Solid programming knowledge of MS SQL Server.
• Demonstrated experience in integration using APIs and web services.
• Must have at least 4 years .NET project related experience.

• Experience in analyzing and resolving performance issues with Sitecore CMS;
  Sitecore API, Kernel and Sitecore client libraries;
  Sitecore concepts including Layouts, Sub layouts, Templates, CM/CD environments, Sitecore caching, Serialization, Sitecore configuration, Sitecore deployment, Security, etc.
• Experience in working in an agile development environment;
  Jira knowledge is an advantage.
• Good communication skills and ability to interact with business and IT stakeholders.
• Should be a good team player and have experience working in an Onsite-Offshore model.
• Ability to create a conducive work environment.
