Title: Payroll & HR Administrator
Location: Route 128 / Westwood Area
Type: Permanent
Compensation: $75,000 – $100,000 base salary

The company is a growing technical manufacturing organization that is poised for continued growth
. They are seeking a personal, professional, and hands-on Payroll & HR Administrator who can support the business as it scales. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience and a strong, working understanding of HR, Benefits, and 401(k) compliance in a growing environment.

• Manage payroll for approximately 55 employees
• Process bi-weekly payroll
• Support 30 hourly and 20 salaried employees
• Administer 401(k) plan through ADP
• Manage benefits through an external broker, including October open enrollment
• Ensure compliance across HR, benefits, and retirement programs
• Support fiscal year-end activities (12/31)

• Minimum of 5+ years of Payroll and Human Resources experience (required)
• Hands-on experience with ADP payroll processing
• Strong working knowledge of 401(k) administration and compliance
• Experience working with a benefits broker and managing open enrollment
• Professional, approachable, and capable of supporting a growing organization
