Physical Therapist

Overview

We’re hiring a Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy services focused on pain management, rehabilitation, and functional improvement. This role emphasizes personalized care, evidence-based treatment, and helping patients achieve long-term recovery.

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide hands-on physical therapy for orthopedic, post-surgical, and pain-related conditions
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients on exercises, movement strategies, and injury prevention
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or license-eligible) in Massachusetts
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Experience in outpatient or orthopedic physical therapy preferred
• Strong clinical reasoning and patient communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative clinical environment
