Requirements:

• Must have your own transportation, a clean driving record, no criminal record, and speak fluent English.
• Speak English clearly and fluently.
• Have personal care experience, such as CNA, HHA, PCA, or CAREGIVER experience.
• CNA, PCA, or HHA certification is a plus.
• Current TB test or chest X-ray.
• Reliable car, current auto insurance, and valid driver's license.
• Pass a criminal background check (CORI) and DMV check.
• Provide six non-related references with contact information.
• Pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Live within or willing to travel to Norwood, Sharon, Walpole, Stoughton, Canton, and Hyde Park.

Additional qualities:

• Ability to treat seniors and their property with dignity and respect.
• Effective communication skills.
• Positive attitude, patience, reliability, dependability, and trustworthiness.
• Pet lovers are a plus.
