Certified Nursing Assistants CNA and Home Health Aides HHA

Overview

Traditions Home Health Services is currently seeking compassionate, skilled, reliable, and experienced Home Health Aide and/or CNA for the Norwood area to assist our senior clients with activities of daily living, household support, and companionship.

Shifts available include daily 4-hour shifts and day shifts. Examples: 8:00am–12:00pm, 9:00am–1:00pm, 10:00am–2:00pm, 3:00pm–7:00pm, 4:00pm–8:00pm, and 8:00am–8:00pm, 10:00am–4:00pm (client needs determine hours).

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living and personal care.
• Assist with light housekeeping.
• Encourage walking, exercising, and stimulating conversation.
• Assist with activities and exercises according to the Care Plan.
• Encourage fluid intake and, per orders/Care Plan, possible meal preparation.
• Document shift activities frequently during the shift digitally using a smartphone.
• Report any concerns to the Traditions Home Health Services Office Support Team in a timely manner.

• Home Health Aide Certification or CNA Certification.
• 2+ years of experience working with your certification.
• Kind, compassionate, reliable, and skilled HHA.
• Experience working with dementia.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a CORI check.
• Current TB test, Quanti
  
  FERON Gold Test, or X-ray.
• Dementia care experience.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English clearly and communicate effectively.
• You must own a cell phone.
