Salary: $55.00 – $60.00 per hour

About the role

Rehab Without Walls is a neurorehabilitation program that brings care outside institutional settings into patients’ homes and communities. We are opening a new branch focused on helping patients achieve community reintegration and independence. We seek Speech Language Pathologists who value flexibility, work–life balance, and competitive pay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients with speech, language, cognitive and swallowing disorders.
  • Re‑assess the effectiveness of treatment plans and attend staffing meetings and family conferences.
  • Conduct discharge evaluations, recommend home and community safety measures, and provide referrals and educational resources.
  • Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physicians, service recipients, and family members.
  • Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure coordination of care and enhance patient outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
  • Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practice.
  • Current CPR certification in accordance with state regulations.
  • Minimum one year’s experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injury preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs; lift up to 100 lbs following safety procedures.
  • Fine motor skills, visual acuity, ability to walk/stand for extended periods, and perform pushing/pulling, bending/stooping, reaching, kneeling, and positioning frequently.
  • Physical screen or examination may be required pre‑assignment and periodically thereafter.
