Role Description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations & Agent Support Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is vital to ensuring that both new merchants and sales agents experience a smooth and professional on boarding process. You’ll also provide ongoing support to our operations and sales teams, helping maintain the high standards our partners expect.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Entry
  • Assist with boarding new merchant accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with processor requirements.
  • Coordinate and process documentation for new agent on boarding, including setup, training materials, and communication access.
  • Provide daily operational and administrative support to the internal team.
  • Communicate with agents and merchants to resolve application, documentation, and status inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate internal records and assist with reporting as needed.
  • Collaborate with management to streamline and improve internal workflows.
Qualifications
  • Spanish speakers given preference
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with clients, agents, and internal teams.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving skills to evaluate transaction issues and support operational efficiency.
  • Knowledge of Sales and Finance concepts to assist with agent inquiries and ensure accurate processing of services.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems is a plus.
  • Experience in the payment processing or financial services industry is preferred.
