, we're expanding our top-performing service team and are looking for a skilled Automotive Service Advisor to join us. This position offers the opportunity for a 4-day workweek
, and an earning potential of up to $100k per year for top performers. Our service department has been recognized with 3 years of consecutive Service Green CSE and above average zone performance.

• Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and communication throughout the repair process.
• Advise customers on the care of their cars, emphasizing the value of maintaining their vehicles according to manufacturers  specifications.
• Plan, coordinate, and direct the dealership s quality control efforts, ensuring that repairs are completed correctly and vehicles are returned to customers in optimal condition.
• Work closely with our team of technicians to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Maintain detailed service records and provide clear updates to customers on vehicle status.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry and automotive parts.
• 2+ years of prior service or advising experience in the automotive field.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with a focus on building lasting relationships.
