Location: 981 Boston Providence Hwy.
Shift: Must be able to work retail hours including some holidays and weekends.
Starting Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour.

What You’ll Learn: Mounting and balancing tires, oil changes, filters, and additional automotive preventive maintenance. Train with mid and senior-level technicians to learn additional automotive services. Demonstrate guest service and teamwork.

• Perform basic automotive services such as mounting and balancing tires, tire repairs, oil changes, filter replacements.
• Train with mid-level and senior-level technicians for additional automotive services.
• Deliver excellent guest service with clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles.
• Promote teamwork to meet guest expectations.
• Adhere to company policy on vehicle care and operation.
• Perform manual tasks for extended periods, light and heavy lifting, standing, bending, squatting.

Shift Information: Stores open 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and at least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
• Ability to review, analyze, and interpret information, identify problems, and make decisions.
• Commitment to learning new technologies in the rapidly changing automotive industry.
• Commitment to following established safety policies and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous automotive preventive maintenance experience or automotive training.
