Our client, a global leader in manufacturing, seeks an Office Manager to ensure smooth, professional office operations while providing high-level administrative support. This role blends executive assistance with office management responsibilities, requiring exceptional organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives and managing day-to-day office functions.

- Manage complex calendars and scheduling across multiple time zones; coordinate executive meetings and prepare briefing materials.
- Plan and book domestic and international travel with detailed itineraries; process expense reports and maintain compliance.
- Create polished presentations and tracking reports; oversee office operations including vendor management, supplies, and event coordination.
- Partner with internal teams on onboarding and workspace setup; act as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- 5+ years of experience in executive support and office management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook/Teams, and Concur.
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills; strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proven discretion in handling confidential information; proactive, detail-oriented mindset that thrives in dynamic environments.
