PHP Developer

Salary: £24 – 28,000

As the company's first developer recruit, you will play an exciting role both in fleshing out the groundwork for Tealbury's products and developing the company culture and development procedures.

• Flesh out the groundwork for the RESTful web service which will power the company's web and mobile applications
• Work to a spec and deadline on current and proposed features as well as work constructively to create innovative solutions to problems
• Fully document development activities and provide progress reports and measurable results
• Develop unit tests and adhere to the principles of test-driven development
• Work with the front-end web and mobile application developers to create seamless product experiences

• Proven experience with mission-critical PHP applications
• Experience working with Zend Framework and the Zend application stack
• Excellent organisational and documentation skills
• Working knowledge of both SQL (MySQL) and No

• Working knowledge of source control systems (Git Hub)
• Standards-compliant and best practises development mindset
• Ability to formulate and adhere to procedures which can later be expanded to suit a team environment
