Full Stack Developer

Overview

The Tax Assist Group is growing and we’re looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our friendly, collaborative tech team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building real-world solutions and wants to grow their skills in a commercial, entrepreneurial environment.

UK Support Centre – Norwich (Hybrid - 2 days in office Mondays + Wednesdays)

• Building frontend features with React & Next.js
• Developing backend logic using React Server Components (RSCs) and Supabase (Postgre
  
  SQL)
• Implementing authentication, permissions, APIs and secure data workflows
• Writing clean, maintainable Type Script with automated tests (Vitest)
• Deploying via Vercel with Git Hub Actions CI/CD
• Participating fully in Scrum events
• Collaborating closely with Lead and Senior Developers
• Contributing to UX, documentation, performance improvements and first-line support

• 3+ years professional full stack development experience
• Experience with Supabase / Postgre
  
  SQL (or similar)
• Familiarity with CI/CD, testing frameworks, and modern deployment workflows
• A collaborative mindset, strong communication skills and attention to detail
• A degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering (or equivalent experience)
