About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Slinger to join the team on the Hornsea 3 onshore substation project in Norwich. This is an immediate start position working on a busy, high profile energy infrastructure site with an established civils and lifting team.

Responsibilities

· Carry out safe slinging and signalling operations for crane and lifting activities

· Work closely with the lifting team, crane operators, and supervisors

· Follow all on site health & safety procedures, especially within an HV/substation environment

· Support general site operations as required

· Maintain clear communication during all lifting tasks

Requirements

· Valid CPCS or NPORS Slinger/Signaller ticket

· Experience working on civils or infrastructure projects (substation experience beneficial but not essential)

· Strong understanding of safe lifting practices

· Full PPE

· Good communication skills and reliable work ethic
