Electrician - Kings Lynn

We are looking for an Electrician with a Highly Reputable Social Housing Provider throughout the Norfolk & Kings Lynn Region.

Location:

King's Lynn / Dereham (covering Norfolk & North Suffolk) | Salary: £37,534 per annum, rising to £43,530 with progression | Company Vehicle + Fuel Card + Call-Out Payments

• Carrying out electrical repairs and fault finding in occupied and void properties.
• Completing domestic electrical inspections and testing (EICRs).
• Undertaking void property rewires and upgrades.
• Delivering reactive maintenance across social housing stock.
• Providing a professional, tenant-focused service always.
• Participating in an on-call rota (with additional payments).

• NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Electrical Installation (or equivalent).
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• Inspection & Testing qualification (2391 or equivalent).
• AM2.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Experience with in domestic, housing association, or property maintenance environments.
• A customer-focused approach and strong problem-solving skills (DBS check required).
