You're someone who likes mixing things up. Every day's a little different—servicing, diagnostics, repairs, and checks. But it doesn't stop there: you'll manage your stock, do your reporting, and keep those customer conversations flowing.

Responsibilities- Deliver mobile vehicle maintenance and diagnostic services directly to customers at driveways, office car parks, and other locations; provide first-class service without the constraints of a traditional garage.
- Combine servicing, diagnostics, repairs, and checks with stock management, reporting, and ongoing customer communication.
- Think quickly and call the right action for each customer, adapting to different fixes and varying environments.
- Operate as an RAC Mobile Mechanic within the Service, Maintenance and Repair division, equipped with a RAC van, fuel card, full uniform, essential tools, and diagnostic kit provided from day one.
- Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent)
- At least 3 years hands-on experience as a vehicle technician working with a range of light vehicles
- A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points
Thetford, Norfolk
40 hours per week, core hours 8:30am to 5:00pm, 1 in 4 Saturdays.
Compensation & Benefits- A competitive base salary of £38,625, with on-target earnings of up to £50,000
- Guaranteed overtime option to increase base salary to £44,385, plus additional overtime and bonus opportunities
- Flexible 40-hour week with Monday–Saturday availability (8:00am–8:00pm)
