Position: Working Supervisor - Carpentry
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Working Supervisor with a strong carpentry background to join a well-established contractor delivering high-quality projects across Norwich and the surrounding areas.

This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys being on the tools while also leading and motivating a small team on site.

The Role:

* Supervising day-to-day site activities while remaining hands-on

* Leading carpentry works and supporting other trades as required

* Coordinating labour, materials, and site progress

* Ensuring works are completed to a high standard, on time and safely

* Acting as the main point of contact on site and liaising with management

* Maintaining health & safety and quality control on site

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Working Supervisor or Senior Carpenter

* Strong carpentry background (1st/2nd fix experience preferred)

* Ability to lead and manage operatives on site

* Good understanding of health & safety procedures

* Strong communication and organisational skills

* Full UK driving licence
