We are looking for a Minor Works Supervisor to join an established FM company on a temporary basis. This role is site based in Norwich, working Monday to Friday. You will need to have a hands‑on background with experience supervising painting, decorating, and minor works.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8‑5pm (flexible start time if needed)
Contract type: Temporary
Rate: £25‑£28 per hour
Location: Norwich

• Supervising minor works including painting & decorating, snagging, and small fit‑outs
• Managing a team of 4 technicians and coordinating subcontractors as required
• Ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard

• Experience supervising minor works or maintenance projects
• Background in painting and decorating or similar finishing trades
• Experience managing small teams and subcontractors
