Due to ongoing success and expansion, they’re now looking to welcome two motivated Sales or Senior Negotiators into their supportive, close-knit team in the Norwich area.

With a strong focus on delivering the very best in reliable, friendly customer service, this agency truly understands that estate agency is, above all, a people business.

As a Senior/Sales Negotiator, you will be offered:

  • Up to £25,000 basic salary
  • First year earnings of £30,000
  • Pooled commission (Must be a team player)

As a Senior/Sales Negotiator, you must have:

  • At least 6 months of experience within Estate Agency (Must be recent)
  • Sales driven with a 'get up and go' attitude
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Clean driving licence and access toown vehicle
  • Good communication skills; both written and verbal
  • A team player
  • Knowledge of the Norwich market ideally

As a Senior/Sales Negotiator, your duties will include:

  • Successfully negotiate offers
  • Drive the business forward by offering great customer service
  • Arrange and attend viewings
  • Greeting buyers & vendors
  • Registering customers
  • Matching requirements & arranging viewings
  • Calling out new properties
