Overview
At GNAW, we make great quality, premium chocolate, have impeccable ethical sourcing & sustainability credentials, and are launching even more fantastic product innovation to delight our customers and consumers.
Responsibilities- Active management of existing customer accounts and prospecting for new opportunities within specific channels and routes to market.
- Develop existing customer base by implementing winning customer plans and build prospect pipeline to win new business.
- Translate customer insight into sound business plans to drive growth; good listening with solid questioning skills to uncover hidden needs.
- Travel to meet customers and attend specific trade shows as required; hold a UK driver’s licence.
- At least 2 years experience working within a B2B sales / commercial team.
- Experience with in the FMCG or confectionary sector is desirable, but not a pre-requisite.
- Education to degree standard or equivalent experience; well organised, numerate and able to build a commercial business proposal considering the core elements of the P&L.
- Full‑time office based in Norwich; office travel required.
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependant upon experience.
