Some of our consultants are earning £60k OTE.
Others are earning six figures.
All of them are running a full sales cycle and getting paid properly for it.

As a Sales Consultant here, you are not just booking meetings and passing leads on. This is full end-to-end sales.
You will own your pipeline, manage your prospects, close your deals and earn uncapped commission while doing it.
What You Will Be DoingThis is a full sales role where you will:
- Manage the full sales cycle from first conversation through to close
- Speak to warm inbound leads with no heavy cold calling
- Understand customer challenges and recommend the right solution
- Build, manage and nurture your own pipeline
- Handle objections confidently and professionally
- Deliver an excellent customer experience
- Consistently meet and exceed your targets
You do not need to be perfect, but you do need to be driven.
We are looking for people who have:
- Direct sales experience, ideally in a telesales or inside sales environment
- Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
- A passion for delivering great customer experiences
- Resilience and the ability to handle objections
- A positive, coachable attitude and willingness to learn
- Motivation to meet and exceed KPIs
- Phone-based sales experience
- A proven track record of exceeding targets
- Strong problem-solving skills with customers
- An interest in technology, software or fintech
These are helpful but not essential. We will train you.
