Sales & Business Development Manager – Pre‑Owned Tech (Hybrid/Norwich)

This is an opportunity to join a fast‑moving circular tech business on a mission to reshape how we value, sell, and reuse pre‑owned products. Sitting within a specialist unit focused on lifecycle services, you’ll play a key role in driving commercial results and forging strategic partnerships across the UK and beyond.

Role Overview
  • Industry: Circular economy / tech resale / recommerce
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Growing revenue across high‑volume resale channels, exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Building and deepening relationships with buyers in retail, insurance, operators, and beyond
  • Leading deal negotiations with a focus on value, speed, and quality
  • Shaping commercial strategy to boost resale velocity and profitability
  • Driving cross‑functional collaboration across UK, EU, and US teams
  • Using market insight and data to spot trends and shape sales activity
  • Staying ahead of legislation that could affect product movement and resale
Main Skills Needed
  • Track record of selling used products into high‑volume, high‑value channels
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Confident with data, pricing, and contractual detail
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast‑paced environment
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Natural relationship‑builder with a persuasive, consultative approach
