Norwich (Must live in or around the specific Geographic location)
Accountable to:
Area Partner
- £50 000+ per year complete on‑target earnings.
- £25 000 to £27 500 Basic salary per year, dependent on experience.
- Uncapped commission scheme.
- A Company Car.

In this fully‑employed position, Partners operate on a self‑employed model with full responsibility for becoming the best estate agent in their local area. They provide an end‑to‑end service for their customers from valuation to completion of sale.
Support is comprehensive: learning and development, local property centre, technology and industry‑leading marketing to raise brand awareness.
