Retail Merchandiser

Overview

Are you looking for a part‑time role to boost your income? CPM is looking for team members who can join us to place POS (point of sale) and in‑store media in Asda. If you can work every Thursday (average 3.5 hours per week) and have experience merchandising/placing POS, we want to hear from you. £14.12 per hour (including holiday pay)

Ideal location: Norwich, United Kingdom, NR4

Store to be covered: Asda Norwich Hall Road Superstore NR4 6DP

You will place POS in designated parts of the store to support several brands. It is essential to achieve coverage of all POS placements, which you will photograph and report through an online app when completed.

• Sign into the store, and introduce yourself to the key store contacts.
• Liaise with the store colleagues to locate the POS previously delivered to the store.
• Place bollard covers and promotional barkers, large gondola end cardboard display units, and other POS (as required) in pre‑arranged sections of the store. Stepladder use will be required to place media at height.

• Be available every Thursday to complete visits.
• Completing calls between 6am and 4pm on a Thursday (hours vary week to week).
• Own a smartphone (Android or Apple) to report visits.
• Comfortable placing POS at height using a stepladder.
• Confident using an app‑based system.
• Willing to work in‑store, moving heavier boxes of POS or stock as required.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Experience working with POS essential.

We will give you comprehensive training and all the information you will need to execute the placement of POS. Your CPM field manager will provide support for any queries.
