As a Sales Consultant at Dream Doors, you will be the first point of contact in our showroom, guiding customers through the kitchen makeover journey and representing our brand both in person and online.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a welcoming, organised showroom that reflects brand standards.
- Manage enquiries via telephone, email, social media, and face‑to‑face, collecting all required information before booking visits.
- Provide expert design and product consultations, helping customers reimagine their kitchens with doors, worktops, storage, appliances, lighting, flooring and accessories.
- Arrange and book appointments for the Retail & Operations Manager and conduct follow‑ups on unsold appointments.
- Coordinate with installers, suppliers and clients to ensure smooth project delivery from consultation to completion.
- Keep visual merchandising displays fresh, clean and inspiring, aligningvolatile them with current brand guidelines.
- Perform general showroom duties such as stock take, stocking and maintaining tidy stock rooms.
- Open and close the showroom, including key‑holder responsibilities.
- Assist across all departments as the business requires.
- Previous customer service experience essential.
- Retail kitchen or interior design experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of home transformation and design trends.
- IT literacy (Microsoft Office, CRM).
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently, identify challenges and provide solutions.
