• Serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly and professional manner; ensure guests’ needs and requests are efficiently addressed.
• Provide excellent customer service by attending to guests’ needs throughout their visit and answering questions in a friendly manner.
• Collaborate with all staff to ensure smooth operations and support an inclusive, safe working environment.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and specific food‑service or catering guidelines on location.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and dining areas.

• Passion for food and/or customer service.
• Enjoy working in a collaborative, inclusive team environment.
• Ability to adapt to challenges with a solution‑oriented perspective.
• Previous experience in a similar role, especially in the food‑service industry, is a plus.
• Some knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
