General Assistant / Front of House Supervisor

Salary: £28,532.46 (£13.72 per hour)

- Serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly and professional manner; ensure guests’ needs and requests are efficiently addressed.
- Provide excellent customer service by attending to guests’ needs throughout their visit and answering questions in a friendly manner.
- Collaborate with all staff to ensure smooth operations and support an inclusive, safe working environment.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and specific food‑service or catering guidelines on location.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Passion for food and/or customer service.
- Enjoy working in a collaborative, inclusive team environment.
- Ability to adapt to challenges with a solution‑oriented perspective.
- Previous experience in a similar role, especially in the food‑service industry, is a plus.
- Some knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
