General Practice Surveying

The Property Management team oversee a diverse portfolio of properties owned by the group, including offices, industrial units, and retail spaces across Norfolk.

The Role

This is a varied and rewarding client-side position where you will play a key role in managing and optimising the group's property assets. Responsibilities include valuations, property management, lease agreements, asset management, and estates surveying.

Because this is a client-side role, you'll no longer be fee-driven or pressured by chargeable hour targets-allowing you to focus on quality, value, and long-term solutions for the business.

You will also have the opportunity to broaden your experience beyond traditional surveying, including involvement in planning applications, development delivery, and development management, offering greater project variety and exposure than a typical general practice role.

About You

Experience with in estates or general practice surveying
Good understanding of leases, rent reviews, landlord & tenant matters, and asset management
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
