• Pay Rates:£25.00 - £40.00 per hour with further enhance rates for weekends and bank holidays.

Main responsibilities:

• Choose work from a variety of clients' nursing settings, Learning Dis, Mental Health, Childrens, Complex Care- we really do have it all
• Assess patient’s health and well being across a complex and changing caseload.
• Assist in the delivery of care to meet individuals health and well-being needs.
• Provide and receive complex, sensitive or contentious information.
• Support a team of cares and support workers
• Promote best practices to a valued team
