We're looking for a Digital Marketing Executive (Paid Media) with a strong focus on Google Ads and PPC to join our close-knit team. You'll be hands-on, managing and optimising paid search campaigns across a varied portfolio of businesses, from hospitality and healthcare to construction and professional services.
This is a four-day-a-week role suited to someone who thrives in an agency environment – someone who values quality and genuinely cares about delivering measurable results for the businesses they work with.

Key Responsibilities- Building, managing and optimising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping), Microsoft Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
- Conducting keyword research, audience targeting and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategy across platforms.
- Writing compelling ad copy and creating effective creative briefs and landing page recommendations.
- Monitoring campaign performance daily across all platforms, adjusting bids, budgets and targeting to maximise ROI for our clients.
- Producing clear, insightful performance reports for clients on a monthly basis.
- Managing paid media budgets responsibly and flagging any concerns or opportunities proactively.
- Identifying the right platform mix for each client based on their goals, audience and sector.
- Collaborating with the wider team on integrated campaign strategies where paid media supports broader marketing activity.
- Staying up to date with platform changes, new ad formats and industry best practices across Google, Microsoft and Meta.
- Supporting with other paid media channels as the agency's offering develops.
- Experience managing paid advertising campaigns across at least two of the three core platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads).
- Google Ads certification.
- Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager experience.
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable interpreting data across multiple platforms and translating it into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent written communication skills, particularly for ad copy and creative briefs.
- A genuine interest in helping businesses grow through paid media.
- Organised, self-motivated and comfortable managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Experience across all three platforms (Google, Microsoft and Meta).
- Experience with landing page builders or basic web development knowledge.
- CIM qualification or working towards one.
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals and how paid and organic work together.
- A four-day working week (Monday to Thursday).
