R13 Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a progressive, technology-led professional services organisation in their search for a Senior Marketing Executive to join their Norwich-based team.
This is a broad and hands‑on marketing role, ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of integrated campaigns while working closely with sales and technical teams. You will play a key role in driving customer engagement, retention and service adoption across a multi‑service technology offering.
This is both a stand‑alone and collaborative role, and as such the successful candidate must be confident in delivering campaigns yourself and contributing strategically to future direction.
Working from their base in the outskirts of the city (minimum 3 days in the office) salary is IRO £40000 DOE.

- Leading the planning and execution of integrated B2B marketing campaigns.
- Developing customer‑focused content that communicates value and impact.
- Supporting CRM and marketing automation to enhance customer journeys and campaign performance
- Managing partner and vendor marketing funds (including major technology vendors) to maximise ROI.
- Managing lifecycle communications including onboarding, service updates, launches and renewals.
- Collaborating closely with the Sales department to ensure campaigns are targeted, actionable and commercially aligned.
- Delivering insight‑led reporting and recommending performance improvements.
- Representing the business at local events, networking groups and community initiatives.
- Acting as a central link between marketing, sales and technical teams to ensure consistent messaging.
- Proven experience in B2B marketing (ideally with exposure in a professional services environment).
- Comfortable leading campaign planning while remaining hands‑on in execution.
- Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing and customer engagement strategies.
- Experience working closely with sales teams to align messaging and enable conversion.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Proactive, organised and commercially minded.
- Norwich‑based and willing to travel to London when required.
