The role:

* You will be responsible for operational matters on shift

* A focus on delivering against KPI's as well as the ability to solve novel problems.

* Team development, clear leadership and coaching skills are crucial.

* Quality and health and safety focused.

* Focus on Continuous improvement projects

Your experience:

* Strong people management experience in a production based role in a food manufacturing environment

* Good analytical skills with the ability to drive continuous improvement activity
