A leading large-scale chemical manufacturing company in Norwich seeks a Shift Supervisor for their Operations Team. The role offers a salary of £50,000 - £55,000 per annum and is entirely on-site, following a rotating shift pattern of 4-on/4-off, averaging 42 hours weekly. Applicants should have over 5 years of experience in chemical plant operations, ideally in a high-hazard environment, and possess strong safety and supervisory skills.
