48 hours per week

Interaction Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Asphalt Plant Supervisor to join their asphalt plant based in Longwater, Norwich.

This is a key role responsible for the safe, efficient, and high-quality operation of the asphalt plant.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day asphalt plant operations
Ensure production targets and quality standards are consistently met
Lead and support plant operatives and drivers
Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards
Coordinate with management, customers, and transport teams
Carry out basic plant maintenance and fault-finding as required

The Ideal Candidate

Proven experience within an asphalt plant environment
Previous supervisory experience is desirable
Strong knowledge of health & safety procedures
Reliable, organised, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexible with working hours (48 hours per week)
