Manufacturing Manager

We are partnering with a successful specialist manufacturer in their search for a Manufacturing Manager to lead a specialist production team. This newly created position will oversee a highly capable workforce producing high‑quality, bespoke products to stringent regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deploy labour effectively to achieve production targets.
Chair and participate in production meetings.
Manage manufacturing queries promptly and professionally.
Ensure all products meet customer specifications and comply with relevant quality standards and regulatory codes.
Promote a right‑first‑time, quality‑ and cost‑conscious culture.
Ensure labour and materials are accurately recorded within the ERP system.
Monitor weekly efficiency, monthly output, and overall value‑add to ensure budget targets are achieved.

This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position (40 hours per week). The Manufacturing Manager reports directly to the Operations Director and will play a key role within the management team.
