The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Manufacturing Operator to support our hardworking & friendly production team based in Norwich. You will be an integral part of our production team, producing high-quality products. Your attention to detail and expertise will ensure that our production processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Asssit setting up production and working on a dedicated line
Producing the correct products in accordance with the production plan.
Recording all outputs
Ensuring that quality standards of the finished goods are met and defects are minimised.
Assist with the movement of finished goods
Assisting in keeping the factory areas safe, clean and tidy.
Carrying out daily safety checks on machinery and equipment.
What We’re Looking For
Manufacturing industry or engineering skills desirable but not essential
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work efficiently and meet production deadlines.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a production environment.
