We are currently recruiting production operatives to work with one of our clients based in Norwich. Start ASAP after completing induction and training.

Salary: £12.21 - £13.74 per hour (depending on experience)

• Carry out production tasks as directed by the line manager
• Operate machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Follow strict health and safety guidelines at all times
• Ensure quality control standards are met throughout the production process
• Packaging and labelling of finished products
• Maintain a clean and organised work area

• Previous warehouse experience
• Experience working in a food factory
• Good English language skills

Experience:

Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is desirable.

• Understanding of health and safety regulations
• Ability to follow instructions accurately
• Good communication skills
• Attention to detail

The role may involve standing for long periods, lifting heavy objects, and working in a noisy environment. Personal protective equipment will be provided.

Working hours:

7am – 7pm (day shift) or 7pm – 7am (night shift).

Availability: 4 to 5 days per week and weekend availability. All breaks paid.
